This is a solid framework if what you're looking for is self-improvement & using self-reflection to move your life in a smart direction, and organizing things better from your computer and phone, synched up.  In an affordable price.  I use a similar system for this and a few purposes so I have some experience.  The cool thing about having it built inside notion is you can also customize it and tweak it further to your liking, and unlike more complicated more expensive systems, you don't start out with so much it can be overwhelming. Mental Cortex is what happens when you take an incredibly well thought out framework combined with the amazing clean interface of Notion. It is neat. Unlike most self improvement applications and products, Mental Cortex feels very personalized and individualized for the user, where it isn’t just ideas thrown at you but rather reflections for you to direct your life to the ideal one you want. It does so by providing the user with well researched concepts that help us gain clarity of our mind.

I’ll list 3 examples. First, you get the anti-vision. An anti-vision is to envision what should you do everyday to achieve the life that you do not want to have. After doing so, you will be able to reverse the steps you discovered to achieve the actual good life that you want instead of the bad one.
Secondly, you have a roadmap. This template consists of what you will do at the end of a week, a month, 6 months, a year and finally the decade and allows you to take accountability of your goals. It sounds simple but when do we really take the time to think about these things due to the noise of our external influences? Thirdly, you have an ‘empty your mind’ template, where every night you will write down all your thoughts on that section.This is because you spend 80% of your day in exteroception, where you are observing what’s happening outside your body rather than what you’re feeling inside. Hence, by brain dumping your thoughts at night, you are actually entering a state of interoception instead and allow you to have better clarity of your goals from a daily perspective, night to night.
